I – REQUEST
You can request the booking contract either by mail or print it directly by clicking here. Please print the booking contract and the general rental conditions, and send it back to us, signed and do not forget to write down the statement ’read and approved’ at the bottom of every page.
Please contact us by phone on (+33) (0) 4 67 21 64 77, by e-mail or with the contact form, to check out the availabilities for the requested period.
NOTE : AN OPTION can be taken during your call (valid for 7 days), which will enable you to send us back the necessary documents.
As soon as you receive our confirmation either by phone or email, you can start the pre-booking procedure.
III – PRE-BOOKING

IMPORTANT : Before filling out the booking form and sending it back to us by mail, we invite you to carefully read our general rental conditions, as well as the campsite’s general rules joined to the booking form
Please fill out the booking form, completely and clearly and send it back to us by post, accompanied by a down payment and a copy of your civil liability insurance.
* If you don’t have this kind of insurance; we propose the optional insurance FFCC – campers public liability (see the booking contract)

* Your pre-booking will become valid when you receive a written confirmation by post.

Public liability (copy of the certificate of public liability insurance or the family insurance)
* If you don’t have this kind of insurance; we propose the optional FFCC insurance – Campers Public Liability (see the booking contract ; bank cheque at the order of FFCC)
Down payment and booking fees (see the booking contract)
* French bank cheque, credit card, bank transfer, money order and holiday-checks are accepted
* Bank cheque at the order of Camping Cap Soleil.
IMPORTANT
- Once you have read the general rental conditions, please sign and write down at the bottom of your contract the statement « read and approved ».
Please clearly indicate your email address, like that we can promptly contact you if necessary.
Send the necessary documents back to us by post.
¤ For the people who live abroad : please contact us either by e-mail or using the contact form, then we will give you our IBAN which will enable you to deposit your down payment.
IMPORTANT : As soon as we receive your complete dossier containing :
¤ the booking contract
¤ the certificate of public liability insurance
¤ the down payment as stated in the general rental conditions;your booking request will be confirmed but it will be only valid once written confirmation has been received by post to your postal address.
NOTE : Bookings are valid once we have received your complete dossier, then we accept it and send you a written confirmation by post. We don’t take into consideration any reservation by phone, fax or email, neither those made by post missing the necessary documents.
