Do we have to arrive on Saturday?
In 2020 you can arrive and leave on the day of your choice.
For mobile home rentals, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required between the 11/04 and the 30/06 and between the 29/08 and the 12/09 included. This minimum is increased to 7 nights between the 01/07 and the 28/08 included. No minimum stay for camping pitches.
Can we choose our place precisely at the time of booking?
When booking, you can tell us about special requests (closeness of accommodation for example) and we will do our best to satisfy you. However, even if the campsite agrees to pay particular attention to your request, it can not guarantee the outcome of it. The Direction reserves the right to change the assignment of the plot upon arrival of the camper.
What are the payment options available? Do you accept holiday vouchers?
Yes we accept holiday vouchers and e-vouchers. In addition the other means of payment are numerous: cash (€uros), bank cards (CB, Visa, MasterCard), French check. For distance selling, bank transfers and credit cards.
When do we have to pay for our stay?
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
In the absence of full payment of the balance in time, the campsite reserves the right to consider that the booking has been canceled due to the client non payment.
What happens if we arrive late the day of arrival?
Arrivals are normally requested between 5pm and 7pm for mobile-home’s rental, from 12h for camping pitches. The reception closes at 8pm from the 27/06 to the 29/08, at 7pm at the start and at the end of the season. Beyond those hours and on presentation of your identity card, the keys of your mobile-home are given to you by the security services which are next to the front gates entrance. In this case formalities are done the next morning at the reception (from 8am or 9am depending on the season).
Please notify us by phone of your delay so that we can inform our guardian.
Do you have television and air conditioning in the accommodations?
Yes, all our accommodations offer a high quality of comfort and are equipped with television and air conditioning (hot / cold). EXCEPT the AFRICA category which has no television and where air conditioning is optional.
Within the same category are your accommodations identical?
Literally no, comparable yes. Unlike a hotel with its standard rooms, our rental rates may vary because our rental fleet is renewed regularly.
Do we have to take our sheets?
If you book a mobile home SAFARI, sheets are included.
If you opt for another category, sheets are not included but they are available for rent (to be reserved upon registration).
For each bed, top sheets + bottom sheet + pillowcase(s).
Budget: single bed 13 € / week
double bed 18 € / week
You can always bring your own sheets.
Do you have Wifi?
Yes Wifi is present on all the camping (with supplement).
Access to the network is via the assignment of an individual password attached to a post. Several tariffs are proposed, degressive according to the duration.
Are dogs and cats allowed?
Yes (except dogs category 1). However they must be leashed and vaccinated (the book is to be presented on arrival). The presence of an animal is charged € 8 / night / animal . Hygienic bags for canine excrement are available in self-service in front of the fun aqua-park area.
Animals can’t stay alone in the rentals or on the pitches. Owner have to take care that they don’t cause any nuisance, especially noise.
Do you offer the possibility to rent fridges?
Subject to availability, you can rent a fridge. The budget is € 7 / night and € 45 / week. It is strongly recommended to plan this equipment as soon as you make your reservation.
Are charcoal barbecues allowed?
No, by prefectural decree local law, individual barbecues with charcoal are no longer allowed. So we put at your disposal collective barbecues in a secure area (make sure you have some charcoal and grill, otherwise you will find it for sale at the grocery store).
For information electric individual barbecues are allowed in your private space, outside only.
Do you offer safes?
At the reception, we offer secure lockable individual safes (€ 4,50 / night, € 16 / week). Their accessibility is subject to the opening hours of our reception.
Is it possible to iron clothes?
An ironing board is available for self-service at the launderette. We can lend you an iron ( ID required at the reception desk).
Is it possible to book a mobile-home for 6 people? And to put a little tent on the plot because we are 7?
No, but exceptionally a 7th person can be accepted in your mobile home (all sofas are convertible), you must make the request when you book. The person is charged the "additional person" rate applicable on the chosen dates.
How far are the city center and the sea?
Our campsite is located on the West Coast of Vias beach. The shops and boutiques in the heart of Vias Plage are about 2 km away and we are about 700 m from a creek (see "sea" on the virtual tour).
Can I have visitors on the campsite?
Access to the campsite is controlled. You will be wearing an irremovable bracelet attesting to your status as a client. A visitor must go through reception to pay the fee. Visitors are not allowed to pass the entry barrier of the campsite with their vehicle which will have to be parked outside the camp-site (we have a large car park near the reception).
Can my children come unaccompanied?
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. For obvious safety reasons (swimming pool, possible evacuation of the campsite in case of weather alert) or health (possible hospitalization during the stay), unaccompanied minors of one of their legal administrators within the meaning of the Article 389 of the Civil Code, are not admitted. In addition, the camping is not authorized, within the meaning of the decree n ° 2002-883 of May 3rd, 2002 relating to the protection of the minors during the school holidays, the professional leaves and the leisure, to ensure collective stays or individuals outside the family home of minors under 18, unaccompanied by one of their legal administrators referred to in the preceding paragraph. Minors accompanied by their legal administrators are placed under the responsibility of the latter. It is strictly forbidden to leave them alone, unattended, inside the campsite.
Are the water-park and the balneo area accessible to outsiders?
No, they are reserved for residents of Cap Soleil.
Is there enough sun loungers around the pools of the water play area, and are they free?
Yes the sun loungers are free, and yes there is enough provided that holidaymakers respect the instructions of 3 maximum sun loungers per family. Everyone is asked to take their bath towel when they leave the park. This frees a lounger or a chair for others.
Are water slides regulated?
Of course! Our water park is equipped with slides for the youngest and the oldest. Their access is subject to a minimum age (see on-site information boards). The presence of a child under 12 in the pool implies that the parents or the legal guardian are present. Also, CAP BALNEO area is reserved for over 18s.
Why are bathing shorts not allowed in your pools?
For hygiene reasons and in order to keep the bathing water as clean as possible, only short and close to the body swimsuits are allowed for men, classic 1- or 2-pieces swimsuits for women. Any other type of swimsuit is prohibited and will result to the exclusion of the swimming pool until the wearing of a regulation swimsuit.
Why is the fitness room reserved for +18 year olds?
We apply the regulations in force in all French fitnessrooms. In addition, the devices available contain a lot of electronics and usually require a minimum of habits. Outside, near the ping-pong tables and the city sport, you will find mechanical devices at everyone’s disposal.
At what time is it possible to leave the campsite at the earliest?
Traffic is allowed in the campsite from 6am till 11.45 pm. See our reception for more information.
Is the restaurant accessible to outsiders?
The shops (restaurant, bar, shops) are at the front of our campsite, and therefore, they are accessible to people outside the campsite. The rest of the infrastructures such as daytime activities are strictly reserved for the bracelet holders who are residents of the campsite.
Is there a doctor?
The nearest medical center is in the villages of Vias (3 km) and Portiragnes (8 km), but the doctor comes every day at the campsite, around 12:30 pm, in July and August. We put at his disposal a specific room located opposite the entrance of the water park.
His presence is however subject to confirmation, each year, by the medical center on which he reports to.
Is there on site a shop to rent bicycles?
Yes, the grocery store offers rental bicycles (several sizes and models).
What is the nearest station?
The train station of Vias is the nearest, but few trains. We are also situated between 2 trainstations (Béziers 20 km and Agde 6 km), it's up to you depending on where you come from. Béziers offers bus connections from the train station to Vias Plage, see the timetable of line 211 on www.herault-transport.fr
Which airports are closest?
Béziers Cap d'Agde (5 km) is an airport mainly served by low-cost airlines. London, Bristol, Manchester, Dusseldorf, Stockholm, Paris-Beauvais are part of the regular lines. Montpellier (66 km) is of higher capacity and hosts the flights of Air France. Perpignan (1 hour) and Carcassonne (1 hour) offer a good complement.
Is there a shuttle between the airport and the campsite?
No, the connection is by taxi (5 minutes from Beziers airport). The airport also has a large fleet of short-term rental vehicles.
Is there an on-site disco?
No, we offer, in the evening, varied entertainment but no disco. The Cap d'Agde (15 minutes by car) brings together most of the disco offer in the region.
